Leadership Coaching

I guide team leaders to improve their leadership skills, navigate work challenges, prioritize efforts, and position both themselves and their teams up for success.

I help:

  • Experienced marketing team leaders, focusing on the enhancement of team dynamics and team structures to encourage collaboration, high performance, and team loyalty

  • New and emerging marketing team leaders, focusing on principles of management, decision making, and preparing for positions of higher responsibility

My approach emphasizes fundamental aspects of interpersonal dynamics that relate to managers across industries.

Leadership coaching is offered as a part of wider consulting engagements or as a stand-alone service.

Types of Client Engagements

  • For when you need senior executive level knowledge, acumen & team leadership, but you’re not ready to make a full-time senior-level hire.

    Additionally, I’m able to fill a headcount gap as an interim marketing executive. 

    Previously the full-time CMO or equivalent for 3 companies (and Chief Digital Officer for one), I bring true C-Level experience into organizations in need of marketing leadership for a given number of hours per week.

  • Provide strategic guidance, sounding-board feedback, and new ideas to founders, executives and marketing team leaders. 

    My strength as an advisor comes from the knowledge and insight gained from 20 years of executive-level experience growing companies, both large & small.
